Provides matching grants to the Foundation’s state fund partners in support of new, collaborative and innovative approaches to increasing access and enhancing achievement by new American, first generation, low-income and minority students.
HSBC First Opportunity Partner Scholars
First generation college student scholarship program for minority students and/or new Americans. Students are nominated by the financial aid directors of their institutions on the basis of high unmet financial need/high loans/high work commitment as well as their potential to be successful.
